What is an IVA? – A common query which often raises the curiosity of the debtors all over the world. Most of the debtors in UK face the similar dilemma of knowing the entire issue of money lending and how to repay it. Though they have heard about it a lot, the usual psychological fluctuation does not allow them to think about this particular process. IVA or Individual Voluntary Arrangement is a legally binding document that helps the borrowers in making periodic but affordable repayments to their creditors. Generally, a debtor has a period of 3 to 5 years to repay the debt to the creditors.

Once the agreement is signed, neither the creditor nor the debtor has the freedom to back out from it. Based on the query of ‘what is an IVA?’ the debtor has given, a repayment amount will be agreed with him/her. Once proposals have been drawn up, a debtor needs to check and sign these and return them to the creditors. Upon the successful completion of the IVA the debtor will be considered debt free even though they may not have actually paid off all of their debts in full. Any outstanding balances are written off and the debtor is then free to make a fresh financial start. Thus, what is an IVA? Should no more be a query now.

Car Registrations were necessary after motor vehicle act in the year 1903. Basically it is a process of issuing vehicle identification number or marks of registration which also known as DVLA by country borough council like Scotland’s burgh councils or country councils. This Car Registrations numbers are stump up into number plates of the cars. According to the report, first Car Registration was issued for Earl Russell’s Napier car by the office of London Country Council. Earl secured his A1 number plate in December 1903. After that numbering system is gradually change according to the demand of public car.

At first one letter and number combination was used to identify the cars where first letter denoted the country name but it increased to two to three letter with number combinations. In the year 1963 another extra one letter was added in to specify the age of the car. This concept of Car Registrations was moderated in 1967 and 1983 because of number complication and pressure from motor vehicle industry. Currently use Car Registrations system was adopted in the year 2001 where first two letters identify the location of registration, next two number give the age and last three digits is unique identification number.
